Fort Monitor software monitors operation of heavy-duty lifting machines

A partner of Fort Telecom, RONAS, completed a challenging project of connecting the lifting machines of SOP&G company to Fort Monitor system.

The slogan of SOP&G says “Great power means great responsibility”. This perfectly describes the complexity of the company’s operations. SOP&G provides the delivery of oversized heavy cargoes, mounting, dismantling and transportation of oversized heavy equipment. The company has its own fleet of vehicles including cranes, low-loaders and motor cars. In addition, it uses outsourced transportation facilities such as marine vessels, heavy airlift and railway carriers.

Any great job demands excellent organization. This is why SOP&G management decided to connect Liebherr and ZoomLion low-loaders and cranes to Fort Monitor platform in order to decrease the number of unnecessary trips, control the arrivals and departures of the vehicles, reduce the consumption of fuel and lubricants and cut working hours.

Fort Monitor platform allows to control each stage of operation according to the project and ensures efficient scheduling of the vehicles, operation without downtime and delays. As a result, it provides considerable time and resources savings.
